Four Steps to Lucid Dreaming
  1. Record Your Dreams
    Write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, even if it’s in the middle of the night. No matter how meaningless they may seem, appreciate the insights they bring.

  2. Review Dreams Upon Waking
    If you wake up mid-dream, take a moment to review the dream’s events. Practicing this will help you recall your dreams more vividly the next morning and strengthen your focus.

  3. Practice Mindful Awareness
    Cultivate awareness of your surroundings and actions in daily life. Observe details around you and make a conscious effort with tasks usually done on autopilot. Imagine yourself as if in a dream.

  4. Reflect on Your Day in Reverse
    Before bed, mentally review your day’s events in reverse, from evening back to morning. This practice hones focus and prepares your mind for a lucid dreaming state.
